Fruit kebabs


bananas – cut in chunks

kiwi fruit – quartered

pineapple chunks

Thread alternate pieces of fruit onto wooden skewers & cook under a hot grill or place over bbq. Turn once during cooking. When they begin to change colour take off and serve with raspberry sauce.

Experiment with other fruits if you wish.  Also marshmallows can be added for a yummy treat!
