Pea + Mint Dip


 150g peas

150g cottage cheese

2 teaspoons mint sauce

Cook the peas for 5 minutes, drain & put in a blender or use a hand blender. Add the cottage cheese & blend. Stir in the mint sauce. This is an excellent choice for a low fat dip. It may sound disgusting but this tried and tested recipe is a real winner with the men! The minty tang must be the trick!
