Take off the heat &#038; use a liquidiser or hand blender. Add pepper to taste, stir in the yoghurt &#038; serve.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm\">Beetroot soup may not sound very appetising but I have been told by people that do not even like beetroot that they love the soup! Liquidised food actually helps keep you feeling full for longer so soup is an excellent choice for a slimmer.
