Zoe is a professional, qualified Nutritionist, registered with the Nutrition Society.

She graduated from Reading University with a degree in Food Science, later gaining postgraduate qualifications in both Exercise and Nutrition from Liverpool and Leeds Universities.

Zoe has given media interviews including T.V. and radio and has had several articles published.

Zoe is passionate about health and vitality including diet and exercise. She is also qualified in smoking cessation.

Zoe has given pre-op talks to cardiac patients in hospital, trained nurses and presented to her peers at the Nutrition Society.

She is used to answering queries from doctors, nurses and other health care professionals.

Zoe has given cook ups and taste tests to educate about different products, nutritional content and cooking methods. She has experience catering for 60 people both at work and at church.

Zoe enjoys experimenting with recipes and creating healthy alternatives to traditional recipes often cooking for friends and family as well as part of her job.

She has given healthy eating classes and assemblies to primary school children. Zoe teaches in a fun & friendly way which appeals to children, parents and teachers alike.

Sports & Exercise

I like to encourage exercise although this doesn’t necessarily mean the gym. It could be walking, playing badminton or dancing.

Zoe has worked in a sports centre for 18 months, provided Nutritional Assessment & Fitness Testing of footballers, U11 to U19. and helped on Youth Diabetics Activity Camp.

Individuals

She advises members of the public on all food and nutrition issues. This includes hot topics such as trans and omega 3 & 6 fats, sweeteners and functional foods such as probiotics.
